FT-UK is there to help you
achieve you fitness goals as quickly and as safely as possible.
Lisa will be there FOR YOU to train with you throughout every session
and to give you all the motivation you need. She will guide you and advise
you through your training and keep a record of your progress.
She will write for you a Personal Fitness Program for every one of your
sessions and will advise you on any questions you may have concerning
diet, nutrition, fat loss and much more.
Your program will be unique to your aims and objectives,
as well as your preferences for types of exercise that you enjoy.
Your Personal Training can take place wherever you would like to train:
at home, at work, outside in the fresh air, wherever you wish. You also
choose and arrange the times with Lisa when you would like to train.
Personal Fitness Training is open to everyone in the Norwich, Norwich.
