Lisa has been part of the
health and fitness sector for 15 years and has many areas of skills and
expertise.
Lisa is a qualified Personal Health and Fitness Trainer. Lisa has recognised
an increasing need within the United Kingdom to provide a more up-to-date
personal fitness instructor training that fits in with the needs of people
today. Over the past 4 years she has developed a
FT-UK teacher training syllabus that meets these objectives.
Lisa is also qualified with The British Weight-Lifting Association and
is a R.S.A. Exercise to Music Instructor. She has developed her own Fitness
Packages called Dance'A'Robics
and Fitt'A'Robics. Lisa's other areas of expertise include running training
and antenatal and postnatal fitness, diet and nutrition and body fat loss
programmes.
Lisa's reputation for her tenacity and dedication is an inspiration to
all who trains with her. The fact that she works hard for you makes it
very difficult to ever be negative yourself. Lisa says that, 'Development,
